Hmm, I certainly do enjoy sweets more as well. Especially with a cup of coffee. [ his go-to drink! ]

I'm not sure if they have it where you're from, but it's a Northern Water Tribe food called akutaq. It's kind of like ice cream, except we use various kinds of animal fat instead of cream and it can be sweet or savory. Though... you can use vegetable shortening too, I suppose, but I don't like that as much.

[At least the high end stuff uses real seal fat! It's good stuff!]

But yes, coffee is a fairly good pair for sweets, if you ask me.

I get the impression that there are a lot of things that aren't exactly shared between where we're all from... or at least, not entirely common. Coffee's kind of a rare choice where I'm from compared to tea.

Skydwellers I know have begun their own cultivating of coffee beans, it was a sight to behold after I brought my own onto their lands. [ A contemplating thought. ] Chances are the Prismals have their own share of beans.

There's plenty an archangel of my stature can understand and learn but being able to taste it is a feat in its own. [ If he was able to explore islands so carefree he's sure he would try to experience everything he was able to. ]

This world already visually is so new to take in. [ There have been plenty sights on their arrival here that he's certainly never seen before. ]

I'm guessing you don't get a chance to get out much, then?

But no, I definitely agree. I think it's the technology that's surprising me more than the available food, though.
