I'd be interested, I think. Though, I have to ask, the meat back home is Pokemon, right...

And yes, it is. From my understanding, our process of consuming Pokémon is fairly similar to how it is done with animals in other worlds, though perhaps not to quite as large of a degree.

Huh, I wouldn't have expected that. Then again, I like animals and I still enjoy eating meat, so it's all a matter of perspective, I suppose. Even if you're just eating plants, you're still ending another life to preserve your own.

Indeed. I personally view it as a process of life. That said, acclimating to the taste of Prismatica's meat offerings was simple enough. I was actually rather surprised by the similarities!
