☄ First Impressions

♚ VISUAL: See above! He's a tall, good looking for late thirties kind of dude with a strong jawline and whatnot. Long hair... not super beefy, but definitely athletic enough.
♚ FASHION: He dresses in a modern Northern Water Tribe style... so, you know. A little Inuit, a little early 20th century Western fashion, a little George Washington. He has three ponytails. He's weeeird. In settings where he'd be wearing other outfits, he'd definitely favor shades of light blue and fancy clothes. It should be noted that his clothes... well, he's not swimming in them, but they tend to have a subtly looser fit designed to make him look a little bigger than he is.
♚ DEMEANOUR: He is one of those slimy demagogue politicians who loves Taking Action and Being Decisive. Think a little mid 20th century... but more McCarthyism. Flattering when he likes you, condescending when he doesn't, and downright venomous if you actually get him mad.
♚ AURAL: oh hey here's some irony that isn't pitch-shifted. (i mean it's ironic because it's true.)
♚ OLFACTORY: He smells like a lady.

...okay so yeah he really likes floral shampoo and fancy cologne. He smells great.
♚ MENTAL INFORMATION: ...I wouldn't say there's any psychic shields or anything, but man. There's some stuff he's tried to repress super hard, man.
♚ MAGICAL INFORMATION: He's a waterbender, which means he does magical martial arts that manipulate water! ...I'm not sure if anyone could sense the, uh, darker stuff.

♚ FOURTHWALLING: MMmmm I'm gonna say no on this, just because I don't think his reaction would be funny or interesting enough to justify it. People from later on in canon than him who know his secrets, though. Mmm. That's the good shit. Just talk to me about it first.
♚ PHYSICAL AFFECTION: I mean I think the big question here is why would you want to... okay. I mean, that's what Prismatica is about, so. Tarrlok would be kind of uncomfortable about it since I presume he's bad at emotional intimacy and getting close to people because of his background. This is going to get interesting because Cordis alignment means he's gonna be wanting to get all affectionate! hmmmmm.
♚ PHYSICAL VIOLENCE: ...I'm personally okay with this, although you should be warned that you'll be in for a nasty surprise if he thinks he's going to die. See... permissions below.
♚ RELATIONSHIPS: See aforementioned "why would you want to" and also emotional intimacy problems. I mean it's not impossible. Colress won his heart in Trustfell. But. It might be fun to play emotional chicken! Let's see how intimate we can get before feelings happen!

♚ BLOODBENDING: Uh. So this is likely not to come up unless your character is literally about to kill Tarrlok, but in settings where powers exist he... kind of has a doozy of a power where. Well. Waterbenders manipulate water, and the human body is like... 90some percent water... so yeah. He can control people's blood. It's as fucked up and painful as it sounds.

...so yeah if you don't wanna deal with this. Uh. We'll work something else out.
♚ CHILD ABUSE: ...in the dude's backstory there was some seriously fucked up parental abuse from his dad. Like, nothing explicitly physical, but definitely emotional. SO IF THAT'S A THING TELL ME.
